My pleasure! Depending on my energy level and the amount of time I have I utilize various methods; from increased meditation time to infrared saunas ( great for detoxing) to massage. I practice Qi-gong which has been a great source of centering for me. I also need to walk- as much as possible. Being outside and moving helps me focus and recharge in many ways. I used to be a runner and loved the ‘runners high’ but my autoimmune condition prevents me from running so I’ve learned to appreciate walking just as much.
